Yasmine Smith

FOUNDING PARTNER

Yasmine Smith is a born and raised Austinite and a founding member of Abundance Law.  Yasmine assists clients with Business Incorporation, Estate & Probate Law, Oil & Gas Contracts, and Real Estate issues.

  • Additionally, as an active member in various non-profit organizations, Yasmine is especially excited to assist non-profits in drafting grant proposals.Prior to working at Abundance Law, Yasmine worked for the city of Austin focusing especially on employment law (with an emphasis on the ADA), technology law, municipal operations, and constitutional law. Additionally, Yasmine has served the various non-profit agencies in a legal capacity and as a board member. At the Law Offices of Gilbert Prud'homme, Yasmine gained valuable existence assisting clients with real estate issues, probate, and entity formation.

In her free time, Yasmine enjoys community organizing and dancing.

TARA BICE

PARTNER

Tara is Abundance Law's resident operations specialist! She does all of the work behind the scenes to make your experience with our law firm run smoothly and to help Abundance Law grow and serve more awesome clients like you! Tara graduated from Idaho State University with B.A. in Political Science and International Studies, as well as with varsity letters for ISU's Division 1 Women's Soccer team. Tara graduated from Texas Law in 2018 along with Yasmine.

  • While Tara may be behind the scenes, she brings a variety of expertise and experiences to Abundance Law and frequently lends her legal brain to the legal team at Abundance Law. During her time as an attorney, she has served as in-house counsel for an international company in Argentina, as a family law associate, and as a domestic violence advocate for a local Austin non-profit.When she isn't working, you can find Tara spending all of her time outdoors. She loves hiking in her home state of Colorado and paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake. Drop a line to Tara to talk about anything soccer, hiking, or traveling!
